List the people you admire and look to for advice …

People I admire are:

-Jürgen Habermas, German Philosopher and Social Theorist, under the principles of critical theory and pragmatism.

Why do I admire him?

I’ve read some of his texts and worked with them in the context of modern literature, and so I like his way of thinking. I don’t necessarily agree with every one of his theories, but it’s an art that makes you question things and think more deeply about the system. And that’s actually the essence of philosophy.

-Franz Kafka, who doesn’t know Franz Kafka?

Why do I admire him?

His book “The Trial” was the one that inspired me to go deeper into reading and read from a different perspective, not only read but look at society differently.

Both are dead, so it’s difficult to get personal advice from them. The only way I could get it is by reading their books.

PS

Some may think my list is very measly; that’s because I’m not very generous with paying admiration. I want to let time prove whether a personality is worth it.
