Feeble Spirit

The sun rose bright in my heart

when you smiled at me —

sweet like an angel

who had fallen from the sky,

and deep within me —

great love blossomed

unbearable for my feeble spirit.

This is a beautifully tender and evocative poem, Vasos. The way you transform the sun’s rising into an internal, emotional dawn—“in my heart” rather than the sky—is stunning. The contrast between the angel’s sweetness and the “unbearable” weight of love captures how profound affection can be both glorious and overwhelming for a mortal spirit. A truly moving piece.

Love makes the feeble of spirit fall, the heart strengthened to be yet vulnerable to love’s profoundest call. Nice share. ❤️✨
