Do you believe in minimalism?

I wouldn’t say “believe,” since I associate the word “believe” with something more strongly in the realm of spirituality.
Therefore, I regard minimalism as an attitude towards life and as a lifestyle to adopt.
Over the last few decades, we have become overly inclined towards luxury and abundance, so that the true essence of life and of living itself has faded away, and for some, has been completely forgotten.
Hence, yes, I think minimalism should be integrated into our lives as a form of alignment so that we can learn what is truly worth chasing or craving, be grounded, and help us build a genuine relationship with ourselves and, of course, with others.
Isn’t there a saying: Less is more?
