How can you build a regular fitness routine?

There’s a saying: Where there’s a will, there’s a way!

I’m absolutely convinced that this is right.

To build a regular fitness routine, someone must first be highly disciplined not only to build it but also to keep up with it.

Many people may say that holding onto a routine is boring, and that unpredictability is more exciting and vibrant in life. At this point, I disagree, considering that a routine doesn’t make you a boring person, and also doesn’t mean that you don’t see the surprisingness in life.

A routine, especially a fitness routine, helps you maintain a healthy lifestyle, not only physically but also mentally. To achieve that, discipline is needed, as mentioned above. So, one should make a weekly schedule to train at least 2-3 times and stick to it. If an unpredictable event prevents you from following your program on a day, reschedule it. Because once you are out of your routine, it’s very hard to step back in again; we humans are weak and easily stray.

Another important way to make your fitness routine more interesting is to change your exercise program by alternating exercises at regular intervals, keeping it unpredictable.

See, even routine can be altered in a smart way.
