The early bird …

When do you feel most productive?

Well, there’s the saying “The early bird catches the worm”. I absolutely can confirm the meaning behind this saying, because I’m a morning person.

Even Vedic philosophy, astrology, and other doctrines support the idea that to generate positive energy, someone should wake up by sunrise.

To tell the truth, personally, I don’t wake up at sunrise, but I can say that it’s quite early, around 7:00. After finishing my morning routine, I start to work energetically and creatively, and my superpower lasts until 16:00. After this time, slowly, my power declines, and I do things that don’t demand high energy or full attention.

I feel highly productive during the 7:00-16:00 time frame, when I produce a high volume of my creative work. Because you are not always kissed by the muse, and you struggle to overcome the ups and downs of the artistic process. So, for me, every day is a new journey on the path of creation.
