Spring

Spring, in full bloom, released a divine fragrance

through the neighborhood air,

all of creation was reborn.

Offering the world a happiness so rare and sweet

through an enchanting song

from a chorus of graceful birds,

greeting each gentle morning

since fully awakened and found life, at last,

with radiant colors

the long-suffering soul.

What a stunningly beautiful poem, Vasiliki! Your imagery is so vivid—the “divine fragrance” of spring, the “chorus of graceful birds,” and the way you weave nature’s rebirth into a balm for the “long-suffering soul” is truly moving. The flow feels gentle yet powerful, like the very awakening you describe. Thank you for sharing such a radiant, hopeful piece.👍🏻🌷🤝
