Write about your first computer.

I got my first computer relatively late. It was when I started my studies in Athens. Till then, I somehow managed to get along without a computer. If I had to write CVs and job applications, I would do so with a traditional typewriter.

Back to my first computer, it was a good one; it did a lot of work for me, my complete studies, which were a long time, bachelor’s and postgraduate studies. Furthermore, it survived many movements, from Athens to Xanthi, from Xanthi to Germany, and from Germany back to Xanthi.

But like every electronic appliance, it doesn’t live forever; like us humans, the time has come to say goodbye.
