What’s your dream job?
Dream job? Who wouldn’t love to work in a job they greatly love?
Unfortunately, nothing comes easy in life. Ok, there are some exceptions, the lucky ones.
Some people find themselves in a situation where they don’t have many job options and have to work to make ends meet. There are cases where it’s a family business, and they have to take over that, whether they like it or not. And there are those who are taking different kinds of jobs, first because they have to earn money, and secondly because they are trying to find a job that makes them happy and feels like a calling. But in the end, it doesn’t, for some at least. I belong to the last category.
I did different jobs in different fields. In some jobs, one or two, I felt truly happy, but circumstances led me down another path. At that time, I actually didn’t know what my dream job was.
Well, I can say I was in a job identity moratorium. The enlightenment came suddenly: a few months before COVID broke out, I started writing out of the blue. At first, I wrote more as a hobby alongside my main job, teaching. However, over time, I became increasingly inclined toward writing and felt a special calling and passion for it. Even though I was a bit skeptical, I still hesitated; I wasn’t sure it was the right path for me. Since it isn’t a classic job where someone can say I earn so and so much per month. Becoming a writer exclusively and devoting oneself to spiritual and intellectual expression contains risks. But still feeling that pull, I finally decided, after considering it, to dedicate myself to writing in the summer of 2023. Coincidentally, after this decision, I also had a birth chart reading with a Vedic Astrologer, and he confirmed it. According to my birth chart, I have the disposition and planetary support to become a writer.
See, in the end, my destiny, life path, brought me to be one of the lucky ones, and to do the job I love.
