What’s the hardest decision you’ve ever had to make? Why?
We all have to make decisions in life, some minor and others with great importance, the life-changing ones. The common thread among these significant decisions is that I made them in the blink of an eye, with little thought about the possible outcomes.
I, myself, had already made a few life-changing decisions. I will talk about one that I think led my life down a completely different path.
When I had finished my apprenticeship in Germany and worked for some years in various jobs, I felt somewhat strange and unsatisfied. I expected more from life. And as mentioned above, I make life-changing decisions on the jiff. One day, I decided to move to Greece, believing that the complete environmental change would trigger something huge and positive in my life.
Well, did that positive change happen? Not precisely, immediately, at least. I still struggled, but the location change gave me a different kind of energy and vision. And then one thing led to another, it’s like this Domino game, when you push one, and the chain reaction starts.
So, my move to Greece set in motion a chain of events and other decisions, and I finally became a writer. It was a long, arduous, painful journey, and it continues as I try to improve what I do; however, I deeply feel I’m on the right track now, and I’m looking forward to my future writing projects.
