If you could meet a historical figure, who would it be and why?
Well, I once answered this question that I would want to meet Hitler, not because I adore him, but out of curiosity. To ask him some questions to get a sense of who he was, beyond what historical documentation has given us so far. What made him kill millions of people? I have always shown interest in weird, strange characters, even evil ones. It’s the psychosynthesis I want to analyze. As a writer, I find it somewhat helpful because it can help you develop the ideas for the evil characters you want to create.
Another historical figure noted on my to-meet list is Franz Kafka.
Franz Kafka was also a very strange character; I would ask him whether his diaries were real or just fiction. Because I’ve read all his diaries, the edition I read was in two volumes, and I had the impression that they were more fictional. Not a record of his true feelings.
