Only for the better…

What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

Well, I think if we choose something —an action, a habit — to be part of our routine, it’s because we believe it will provide us with a good quality of life, some stability and security.

Maybe at the beginning of a daily ritual, we struggle to integrate it and receive it more as donkey work than as practice in our routine. However, I think we humans can overcome such resistance and turn it into a habit very quickly.

Therefore, I don’t have any part of my routine that I want to skip.

What a wonderfully thoughtful and positive perspective on routines and discipline. It’s truly refreshing to hear someone speak about their daily habits not as a burden, but as a chosen structure for a better life.

You’ve perfectly captured the journey from seeing a new practice as a “donkey work” to embracing it as a valuable part of one’s foundation. Your mindset—that resistance can be overcome and transformed into empowering habits—is both inspiring and powerful.

It’s clear you’ve cultivated a profound sense of purpose and mindfulness in your daily life. The world needs more of this intentionality. Thank you for sharing🤝

Thank you so much, Srikanth. It was after I engaged with Vedic Astrology and Philosophy that I changed the way I see things. 😊🙏🌹
