A Calling

What’s something you would attempt if you were guaranteed not to fail.

Speaking the truth, I didn’t have any guarantee of not failing, even though I made the attempt. I took the risk by following my hunch, or, in other words, I discovered my calling. Luckily, I received the confirmation around a year later from a Vedic Astrologer. Or, say this guarantee I lacked before my attempt.

Someone would say: How can someone trust and follow astrology for life decisions? I think it’s up to each person to decide, since each of us has a unique life path—their own karma, since I believe in karma. As for me, I can say that Vedic Astrology explained and analyzed precisely what I’ve experienced so far in my life and gave me the right direction.

Returning to the initial topic, the question. I attempted to become a writer without any assurance of being successful. While writing this previous sentence, it makes me ponder that now you can’t become a writer, like becoming a doctor or a lawyer. You are a writer, or you are not; independently, you have published something or not. There is this seed inside that grows, and when the time arrives, it urges you to start writing, because it’s the only thing that makes you content and gives you the feeling that you are doing something good not only for yourself but also for others.

A profound answer that redefines the question. It’s not about a fantasy of guaranteed success, but about the courage to follow an inner calling despite the risk. The real guarantee comes not from external validation, but from the internal necessity of the act itself—the “seed inside” that must grow. A thoughtful and inspiring perspective.
