Uncreative Life

What would your life be like without music?

So, first, we have to realize what music means generally. Music connects people all around the world; you can call it a world language. Why? Even if you don’t understand the lyrics of a song, the sound, the beat, and the melody touch every heart, regardless of its native language. Music brings people together when they dance and sing together to an uplifting song. People need and use music when they celebrate special events in their lives, such as birthdays, weddings, and funerals. The type of music depends, of course, on the circumstances.

So, what does music mean to me? Music has always been a companion for me since my teenage years. When I was sad, joyful events happened, or I struggled and needed encouragement. Then I chose, and still choose, the proper music to either overcome or enjoy the moment to the fullest.

And lately, when I started writing, I’ve found that music also triggers my creativity. A verse of a song, a melody, triggers something inside. I can’t explain how it happens, but at the spark of the moment, I create a poem. Many poems of mine have been written in this way.

As you may understand, without music, I couldn’t… not exist, but for sure, I couldn’t face life in such a courageous manner. Short said, Music is essential to me.
