What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
I work out every day for at least 30 minutes. This helps me channel my adrenaline, and it is also very helpful in overcoming a migraine attack. But in those cases, I have to be careful with the intensity of the workout.
Over the last couple of months, I’ve changed my program after trying some new exercises I found on various Instagram accounts. I reduced the cardio and now do more dumbbell sessions. At my age, it contributes to efficient weight loss and muscle building—muscles in the right places.
Therefore, physical exercise is the alpha and omega to grant me a good quality of life. When it happens, it’s rare, and I don’t do my daily workout for one or two days, then I feel weak, fatigued, and even get a headache. In my case, it’s a proven fact, not just a saying; maintaining a physical and spiritual balance is essential for one’s health and well-being.
