What is your favorite genre of music?

First, I would like to explain what music means to me generally.

Music is like a breeze, a breath that sparks my creativity. The melodic sound, the beat, the lyrics – a single word can breathe life into my blazing, untamed fantasy. Since I was a teenager, while I was studying, I always listened to music. In one phrase, to me: Music is the kiss of life to creativity.

Now, what genre of music do I like? Well, almost everything. It’s better to list the genres I don’t like. That is modern pop music and tech house music. Regarding modern pop music, I mean the songs produced in recent years. Some songs are good, but I don’t like the majority of them. I prefer listening to old tunes.

In my opinion, a successful song, band, or singer is one that, after 30 years, people continue to listen to. Because nowadays, it’s these marketing strategies and superficial hype that keep these bands and singers appearing ephemeral in the tabloids.

My absolute all-time favorite Rock band is Queen, and among the singers, it’s George Michael.
