Are you a leader or a follower?
Neither the one nor the other.
From my teenage years until my mid-20s, I used to be more of a follower, as I was a reserved, shy person. However, lessons, life experiences, and changing conditions urged me to grow and step out of the shadow I had built around me. I became confident, standing up for my opinion and beliefs, and decisively following my own way.
Now, being a leader who stays at the top is not something I chase. I prefer to awaken and give people a slight push through discussion and the exchange of ideas, open their eyes to a different point of view, so that in the end, they choose the option they believe makes them happy.
So, if I had to fulfill the role of a leader, I would prefer the role of a silent inspirational leader.
