
What makes you nervous?
Well, over the last years, I’ve learned to handle stress and nervousness. I started to meditate and listen to mantras. All I can say is that this is very effective, and I don’t get nervous anymore. I just go with the flow, having the attitude that things I can’t change aren’t worth getting angry about. I adapt to the situation according to my benefits.
However, before that life-changing attitude, some things made me terribly nervous, such as exams. I didn’t just want to pass the exam, but also get the best grade. In simple words, I put myself under extreme pressure. So, I stopped doing that because I realized it wasn’t worth it.
