What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
It’s not the perfect timing for this question, as it concerns me.
For the last three days, I have had pain in my lower back, which is still bearable but not pleasant. This means no physical activities or exercises.
However, what I prefer to do physically when I’m in a condition to strain my body is jump rope; that’s my most favorite activity, and then I do some other classical workout exercises. Regarding the exercises, I concentrate on the lower ABS.
Generally, I place great emphasis on balancing eating habits and physical activity so that I can achieve the best physical and emotional results.
I have a sweet tooth and like good food and drinks, so I must be careful. For that reason, I have a cheating day, which is usually Saturday. The rest of the week, I’m very, very careful with my food and drink intake.
