Dumbest Decision

What’s the hardest decision you’ve ever had to make? Why?

The hardest decision—well, looking at it retrospectively, I wouldn’t characterize it as the hardest decision but my dumbest decision.

It was during my German studies in Athens, one year or six months before graduation, that my professor asked me if I would like to pursue a master’s program. He could help me do so at a University in Germany.

I, a silly, dumb girl at the time, didn’t want to leave Greece and go abroad, so I decided to make a master’s in Greece. Now, I regret it very, very, very much because now I know I would have had better options if I had gone to Germany.

Anyway, after my master’s graduation, I went to Germany but returned to Greece due to COVID-19. Now, once again, I want to move away from Greece. So, another hard decision to make.

I must confess I love to move around. This may be because Rahu is in my fourth house in my astrology natal chart. Despite having a close connection to my family, I want to go away to another country.

Great quote and so true, as you’ve felt. I think if the door is still open for you to explore, the decision wouldn’t have been so decisive!

Love Mark Twain! He’s the author of one of my favorite quotes…

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

    Just food for thought 😎
