How often do you walk or run?
That’s a typical doctor’s question: Do you walk? If yes, how often? Next is the question: Do you smoke? If yes, how many packs?
Well, I do walk when I go shopping. He, he, he. To tell the truth, I’m not a big fan of shopping, luckily for my wallet. But I have another option: I work out daily to stay healthy and fit. My program includes 10 minutes of jump rope, squats, ab exercises, dumbbell exercises, wall Pilates, and some yoga exercises.
Besides a good workout, to stay healthy, one should also take care of one’s input, which means paying attention to nutrition, not only food but also what you drink. Everything should be done balanced. As Cleobulus from Lindos said, „Moderation is the best thing.”
It is also important to take care of the nutrition of your soul because inner beauty is reflected outwardly.
By the way, I stopped smoking a very long time ago.
