A Matter of Attitude

What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

I wouldn’t call it a habit but an attitude towards life.

I can say since I was a teenager, I’ve always looked at life optimistically. I had not read books about it that led me to that view of life. I think I was too young for these kinds of books and had other interests. But it was and is a character trait of mine.

The difference is that I have maintained that positive attitude more consciously over the years and becoming more mature. That is connected to the fact that I’ve started reading specific books, such as philosophical ones, during my studies.

To sum up, even when hardships cross my path, I keep an optimistic view of life because I believe the energy we are carrying inside us, in my case positive, provides us with patience so we can overcome troubles more efficiently. Furthermore, I’m convinced we must face specific problems to complete life lessons, grow, and become better humans. And so the quality of life improves.
