What foods would you like to make?
For the last two weeks, we have had a terrible heatwave here in Greece, with temperatures constantly reaching 40 degrees every day. And according to the meteorologists, it will continue for a few days, so I donβt have a great desire to prepare any food.
But letβs day I have to cook something, then I would prepare the following menu:
I would prepare grilled octopus with lemon and oregano, with a side dish of rocket salad with balsamic, cherry tomatoes, and feta goat cheese. To drink, I would choose a light white wine.
I think thatβs a perfect summer meal during high temperaturesβbon appetite.
