What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?
Comfort for me means feeling well in my own skin and being filled with the emotion of satisfaction and happiness.
So, how to work on it to reach that kind of feeling:
Firstly, I care for my spiritual and physical well-being, so I pay attention to nutrition, work out daily, and meditate. Furthermore, I connect my spiritual health with expanding my horizons, that is, with gaining more knowledge in areas I am interested in, such as learning a new language. These days, I am thinking about learning Korean.
To feel comfortable in your life, it is preferable to have a list of goals you want to reach so you have a direction and don’t live in randomness. When I achieve one goal, I actualize my list and set another aim, achieving one goal after another, step by step. It gives me the comfort feeling of fulfilling my purpose in life.
The last strategy is to remove all toxic people from my life. Toxic people really can spoil your well-being. I try tooth and nail to keep all negativity out of my environment because positive vibrations play an important role in your determination and taking action to reach your goal or to feel peaceful and relaxed.
