Describe your most memorable vacation.

My most memorable vacation was when I was a teenager, around 13 years old. It was the time when we still lived in Germany and traveled for a vacation to Greece.

That year, my parents decided to rent an apartment in Asprovalta, next to the sea, for two weeks. We had only to cross the street to reach the beach, which meant swimming in the morning and afternoons till evening.  In the second week, my sister joined us with her husband and their baby.

It was a carefree time for me, with much water, sun, beach, music, swimming, and ice cream. It was the perfect summer because you don’t have to think about the serious side of life at that age.
