WellBeing First

How do you practice self-care?

That’s a good question since self-care is very important. If one doesn’t take care of oneself, who else should?

For my mental well-being, I read a lot, meditate, draw, and, most importantly, avoid having contact with toxic people. Contact with toxic people can be very harmful, especially when they are relatives. From my point of view, toxic people are overly pessimistic about life. They give up by meeting their first struggles and crying over missed opportunities, saying others were responsible for their missed opportunities instead of taking life into their own hands.

For my physical well-being, I work out a lot daily. I also take care of my input, which means I watch what I eat and drink. I avoid eating too much fatty and fried food and drinking too much alcohol, cutting it down to drinking only at weekends. Because the saying is: You are what you eat. And, of course, there is also my daily beauty routine to keep me well, like my day and night creams, micellar cleansing water, and serums.

The most important at this point is finding the balance between physical and mental well-being. Then, nobody can stop you from being happy and satisfied with yourself. Because firstly, happiness is inside you!
