How do you unwind after a demanding day?
I don’t have high demands to unwind.
The first thing I need to do is to take a hot shower to release and wash off all stress.
The next my organism is crying out for is a cup of coffee. So, I make a cup of coffee, sometimes a traditional Greek coffee, and sometimes filter coffee with different flavors like hazelnut, cookies, salted caramel, or bueno. I am fond of and curious about trying different tastes. (By the way, I drink 3 cups of coffee daily.)
Finally, I lie on my couch, drink my perfect tasty coffee, read an exciting book, and let all the stress, gloomy thoughts, and day fade away.
