How would you improve your community?

In my opinion, everything starts with education.

So, first, I would organize lessons and courses for all ages on correctly recycling. Here in Greece, we started recycling in 2004, and still, many people don’t recycle correctly. I give one example: We have blue bins for cardboard and paper, and you can see blue bins overflowing with cardboard boxes because people don’t unfold their cardboard boxes when they throw them away. Furthermore, since recycling is connected with protecting our environment, I would also give some lessons about climate change, its dangers, and what we can do to restrain it. Climate change will have a substantial, disastrous impact on our lives and planet in the coming years.

Generally, to improve my community, I would focus on convincing them to adopt a more environmentally friendly lifestyle.
