Karmic Career

What alternative career paths have you considered or are interested in?

That’s another question I will answer with the help of Astrology, especially Vedic Astrology.

In one’s birth chart, the 10th house, also called Karma Bhava, refers to career, profession, public reputation, and social status. My 10th house lies in the sign of Capricorn, a sign which Saturn rules. My Saturn is retrograde, which indicates delays in all areas I mentioned above. Furthermore, my Saturn is placed in the 6th house, which represents daily routine, health, debts, and enemies. And as a cherry on the cake, Ketu—the headless body of a demon, also known as the shadow planet —symbolizes past lives and karma, fostering detachment and spiritual enlightenment.

Why did I mention all this?

I’ve tried many jobs in my life so far, but I have never been completely fulfilled. I was detached, and it always seemed that circumstances led me to lose or quit that job. I was regularly pushed in a specific direction, but it took me a long time to realize the particular job I was meant to do. This delay was caused, first and foremost, by retrograde Saturn and Ketu. Specifically, Ketu: because it is headless, it takes a long time to understand what is happening around it, and it concentrates more on spiritual things.

So, I have always been fond of books since my teenage years, and I have always read; however, it never occurred to me to start writing myself. Nevertheless, the difficulties I faced on my career path led me to start writing. I was regularly pushed, as I mentioned previously.

Therefore, since I’ve tried many paths, I firmly believe I’ve found the right one; therefore, I don’t need to consider any alternatives.
