She gazed at him, deep in thought. He was sitting in front of her, engrossed in his newspaper, alongside, sipping at his coffee. Dhalia struggled with the idea of whether she should tell him or not—the Truth. Would she? It was absolutely clear to her that he would be hurt, and she didn’t want to hurt Elias. But would she keep that secret for herself, it would eat her up inside. He glanced up at her and smiled; her heart fluttered, and she returned his smile. Then it occurred to her, actually, the issue wasn’t something serious. It happened accidentally only once, without any severe emotional involvement. Dhanlia pondered for a while, so she decided that maybe she would tell him the next day.
