
How do you relax?
In the fast pace of our daily lives, it is essential to find moments to relax. They help us to recover, at least for a little while, physically and mentally. They boost our motivation; otherwise, we would be completely exhausted.
There are many possible ways to relax, depending on the person and their likes. For example, activities such as reading a few pages of a book, listening to classical music for 15 minutes, or listening to any relaxing music can be calming. Even playing video games or taking a five-minute nap can help someone relax. The point is to find these relaxing moments or at least to push them into your daily schedule.
As for me, with my daily work, program, and two dogs, I find it challenging to create these kinds of moments. However, I try to lie down for a few minutes in the early afternoon every day and listen to some relaxing music. Otherwise, when it’s time for bed in the evening, I rest for good.
