What TV shows did you watch as a kid?
A time-travel question. These questions are always lovely.
When I was a kid, I liked to watch our Little House on the Prairie. I think most of us grew up watching this series. Another show, Michael Landon playing the leading role, and I followed fondly was Highway to Heaven. Other shows I followed fervently were Baywatch and Alf.
Then, during my teenage years, there were two shows I watched with great passion. The names of the shows are Beverly Hills 90210 and Melrose Place. I was so fond of these, you can say close to addiction. But I have to mention, I’ve been watching Beverly Hills till season 8. Later, much later, Friends had become my all-time favorite. However, it didn’t fall in the kid era.
So that’s all, I think I can say that I didn’t watch a lot of shows as a kid, considering three of the four you can call educational, highly recommended.
Regarding my teenage shows, well, especially Beverly Hills 90210, I believe it represents a complete generation of that time—the questions and worries we had, what made us happy, and what we were fond of.
