The End Of The World

Create an emergency preparedness plan.

Well, an emergency plan depends on the emergency. What kind of emergency? Is it war, a flood, a fire, or a poison gas attack? Do I have to leave the house immediately, or do I have to barricade myself in the house?

In the first case, leaving the house, I would have put all necessary papers, such as bank accounts and insurance, in one envelope. So, in case I have to leave the house quickly, I just have to grab the envelope, my purse, phone, and, of course, my parents and dogs. Get in the car and drive as fast as you can. This scenario would be when a fire threatens our home.

In the other case, barricade in the house, then I would prepare with the daily essentials to survive for a long time. That would mean enough water, food, preferably canned food, pasta, toilet paper, toothpaste, and maybe two bottles of scotch to get over the hard time. This scenery would fit into a gas attack.

The main thing is that we shouldn’t reach this setting, where we need to make such preparations. But unfortunately, the development of world politics and people’s behavior is leading us precisely to this point.
