
What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
- Rule: throw out toxic people from your life.
- Rule: love yourself. If you don’t love yourself, don’t expect others to do it. You reflect what you are.
- Rule: take care of body and mind. For example, eating healthy, working out, and reading books that enrich your mind and knowledge. Additionally, engaging in creative hobbies helps to balance your mind.
- Rule: sleep enough, especially night sleep. Sleeping is the best medicine.
- Rule: don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Yes, success is essential, but not everything. Set goals, work on them with resilience and patience. When the time is right, everything will fall into place.
- Rule: Love and take care of your parents. They are the only ones who genuinely love and will always be there for you no matter what.
- Rule: Having fun is important; it’s the salt and pepper in life. Playing games, meeting friends, or spending time with your pets brings joy to your daily life.
Well, no one says it is easy; furthermore, rules are made to be broken. However, life is a journey for us, in which we try to leave a lasting mark so that we may be remembered.
