What are your future travel plans?

The place I plan to travel to is Tinos, an island in the Cyclades.

Tinos holds a special place in my heart, not only because of its beauty, but also for spiritual and religious reasons.

I’ve already visited Tinos twice for pilgrimage, and I’ve visited the Church of Panagia Evangelistria, which is dedicated to the Virgin Mary.

When I visited that church, located on a hill, I was sitting outside on a bench, overlooking the Cycladic blue waters, and I had never felt such profound spiritual calmness.

I remember a colleague telling me before that if you visit that church once, you will always want to return. And that’s absolutely true. Many years have passed since my last visit, and I feel the urge to return to Tinos, and moreover to make my votive offering.
