
What’s your go-to comfort food?
Someone is thinking too much about food here. Two days ago, we had a food question.
As for me, comfort food should be cooked quickly and easily.
My comfort food is a quinoa salad with tuna, cherry tomatoes, and a hint of green parsley, accompanied by a splash of balsamic sauce. All this tasty dish needs, of course, something to drink. I would round it off with a magnificent glass of white wine, maybe two.
