Sound Sleep

What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

A good night’s sleep is essential for maintaining overall health and well-being.

Many Vedic astrologers, according to the planets’ transits, often give remedies to go to bed early and wake up early, and do some meditation before the sun rises. They emphasize that mornings are the best time to connect with celestial energy.

But, what is early? This is very subjective; is it nine or ten in the evening or six or seven in the morning?

Well, as for me, at 11:00 pm, it’s game over for me. The next day, I wake up at 7:00 a.m. That’s eight hours of sleep, it’s enough for me, as lately I sleep very deeply despite having Saturn transit in my 12th house. It seems to have the contrary result, as many say Saturn here disrupts one’s sleep. Now, I have a well-placed Saturn in my natal chart, which may be the reason for my sound sleep. Regarding the morning meditation, I am still trying hard to integrate it into my morning routine.
