
How do you practice self-care?
Most importantly, to maintain my health, I must avoid toxicity. In our times, this sometimes evolves into very difficult parkour. At least I try not to let toxicity affect me.
Then, of course, my self-care crucially depends on balancing my physical and mental health. It’s like Yin and Yang—two forces that must be balanced. But emotions play a profound role since I’m a deep, intuitive individual. For that reason, I put a special focus on my spiritual well-being. I do this by meditating, listening to mantras, and reading inspirational books. Books that stimulate my creativity are essential to process my worries and disturbances created by what is happening around me.
As for my physical health, regular workouts and healthy food are the main components.
