How do you waste the most time every day?

I think the emphasis in this question lies here on “waste”.

I used to waste time. Now, what does waste mean? Everyone has a different interpretation and approach to that term, depending on their likes and duties in life.

So, I wasted time scrolling too long through social media, specifically the yellow press. I loved reading gossip. I think you understand what I mean. But as I mentioned above, I used to do that, and I stopped doing that over the last half a year.

I realized time is too precious; we live only once. Every moment, every experience of feeling, every impression we encounter is only once for the first time.

For that reason, I don’t waste time anymore; on the contrary, I’m very thoughtful, and at the end of the day, I wish I could have a few hours more a day.
