Well, well…
I must confess that the impact wasn’t immediate, and it was a book story.
You will wonder which book?
In summer 2018, I borrowed a book from the library. The book was titled 1984 and was written by George Orwell. From the very beginning, the story fascinated me, and it didn’t take long to finish reading it. But this book had another effect on me; the moment I finished it, it profoundly crossed my mind that I could also write. I didn’t think I could write with the quality of George Orwell, but I was intrigued. As I mentioned above, I didn’t start writing immediately; it took me a little bit more time, because I had to have some more disappointing experiences, which pushed me into writing. However, this idea lingered deep in my mind before the time was right for it.
Long story short, the truth is that George Orwell and his masterpiece, 1984, planted the seed inside me to begin writing. Like a seed, it takes time to start growing into a beautiful plant, precisely like that, set off my writing journey, and it is still continuing and growing.
