
How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?
Well, I will try my best to say no.
For the last couple of months, I’ve been focused on saying no to specific foods, as my goal is to change my nutrition habits and be healthier. This means I have to say no to two things I love to eat and drink: chocolate and red wine.
To reach my goal, I created cheating. That’s Saturday; I eat and drink chocolate as much as I want on that day. But the problem is that when there are feasts during the week, it’s tough to stick to that rule.
You know, the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. So, nobody is perfect.
