What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

There’s nothing more effective than meditating. It helps me calm down and release stress, leading my mind and soul to find peace. Thanks to meditation, I can find balance in my life.

The other option for me to cope with negative feelings, call it a gift or an inclination, is to detach from negative emotions. This means I block negative, stressful, and disappointing feelings from infiltrating inside me. I have this tendency of habit thanks to my retrograde Saturn sitting in my 6th house. Furthermore, this placement of Saturn shows that I have heavy karma to bear this lifetime. Only for that reason should coping with negative feelings be mastered well.
