If you had the power to change one law, what would it be and why?

If I had the judiciary and executive power to change the law, this would be a law about euthanasia. I take the view that if someone, after medicinal approval, is incurable and awaits a painful death, then he should have the choice of euthanasia.

I live in Greece, and secularization is nonexistent. This means the church has a crucial impact on people’s minds, especially on political views and political progress.

As for euthanasia, the church in Greece would never allow it since the church is very traditional and strict at that point.

For me, it’s a human matter for someone to have the choice to decide his death, knowing that the progress of death will have unbearable pain. At least someone should leave this world in peace.
