What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
I have always been convinced that a balance between mind and body is essential for effectively fulfilling one’s daily tasks. For my mind, I meditate daily and try to read philosophical books as much as possible, including excerpts from the Bible, lately.
For my physical well-being, I do, of course, daily workouts. Now, which is my favorite exercise? That’s jump rope, 10 minutes every day. Jump rope helps me get rid of my redundant adrenaline. As I said, it is 10 minutes with a 2-3 minute, full-power jump in between. That energizes me entirely, and then after the 10 minutes, I continue with the rest of my workout program.
