What details of your life could you pay more attention to?
I could concentrate more on my nutrition. It isn’t that I don’t take care of it now, but I think some improvement could be made. For example, eat fewer sweets since I have a sweet tooth; I could include more veggies and replace some pasta dishes with healthy soup. Moreover, I should drink more water; they say one should drink 3 liters daily, but I don’t drink half of it. Hopefully, wintertime is approaching so that I can drink more tea.
And since there is a solar eclipse on the 2nd of October in my 6th house, which corresponds with daily routine, health, wellness, and job matters, I think it’s the perfect and easy time to make some changes.
