Trust

Share a lesson you wish you had learned earlier in life.

That lesson, unfortunately, was very harsh. Maybe that’s why it turned out to be very important to me—wishing to learn that lesson earlier. I believe everything you know at a specific time has its reason. One step follows the next, shaping how you should grow—even people who cross your path at a particular time.

Now, let’s talk about the lesson I’ve learned. Do not trust people easily and rely on their integrity, even when those people are relatives. When, around the back, you finally find out the true colors, that’s a big hurtful disappointment.

Well, I was young and somehow naive, but this experience was a wake-up call for me to be more careful about how much I open myself to others, lay out my true deep inner feelings, and trust them.

How do I handle this kind of situation nowadays? I’ve grown and learned new things and made life essential experiences. Moreover, I developed and refined my intuition, and I can say that I can accurately psychologize people. Being a teacher helped me a lot to sharpen my instinct.
