Describe one habit that brings you joy.
Habits have the quality to give us a sense of steadfastness and a port of security, especially when they are connected to the feeling of joy.
Looking closely at the quality of habits, we can also notice positive and negative habits that influence our healthy well-being. For example, smoking, a smoker enjoys tobacco, but it’s bad and toxic for his health. But of course, there are habits, and if we choose them wisely, they are suitable for us to execute.
Well, what habit gives me joy? It is working out. I am used to working out daily, and if I don’t do it one day, I immediately feel the after-effects. For example, yesterday, I didn’t have much time to do some sport, and in the evening, I had a headache that was on the verge of a migraine.
Getting rid of my redundant adrenaline while working out gives me a pleasant, energetic feeling. I feel more comfortable mentally and physically, which has a positive aftereffect on my work and gives me the essential disposition to follow a more successful path.
So, my habit falls under the category of well-being.
