What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
As far as I can remember, I traded my sleep responsibly during my teenage years. In other words, even in my exuberant young years, I wasn’t much fond of staying out or up very late. Of course, I had some long weekend nights, but not in an excessive manner. I can say that since I was young, I have enjoyed all pleasures in moderation. I think that’s due to how I was raised by my parents, especially my dad.
Well, regarding my current sleeping behavior, there have been no crucial changes since I consider sleep very important. Proper sleep gives me the energy and concentration to respond to my daily duties. Also, good sleep is essential to staying healthy, mainly during the night; night sleep is the sleep you get the entire rest.
So, I am used to going to bed between 11 p.m. and midnight and waking up around 8 a.m., which means I have 8-9 hours of sleep.
Under the line, good sleep is the key to staying healthy, concentrated, powerful, and productive.
