My top five fruit list:
- Banana. Bananas are the best because they are rich in nutrients, saturate, and give energy. Furthermore, you can eat them in different ways. You can eat them raw, as they are, with oatmeal, or you can make fruit salad, banana bread, or tasty smoothies with them.
- Pineapple. In the last few weeks, I have discovered my love for Pineapples. They are very aromatic, and I like the mix of sour and sweet taste. I mainly eat them in fruit salad, together with bananas.
- Blueberries, like pineapples, have a sour and sweet taste, with the sour taste dominating. I prefer to eat them with oatmeal and milk. I ate them with Greek yogurt for a while but realized that it caused a sour stomach.
- Tangerines. Some are sweet, and some are sour, but they are always good as a healthy snack in between.
- Mango. Its creamy, sweet taste is delicious and a must in every fruit salad.
